- Educational Advocacy services to families with pre-school or school-age children with special needs, free of charge
- Adult Advocacy services to adults with disabilities who need services, free of charge.
- Legislative Advocacy services designated to inform the policy and legislative processes regarding the needs of children and adults with disabilities.
- Education & Training services for parents, professionals, self-advocates, and the citizens of Delaware County.
- Social Recreation services, including the Day Trippers and special events that promote individual and social skill development.
